However, be informed that in an apartment complex or cooperative society, the parking space is the exclusive property of the complex or society itself. Individual members do not own these spaces. Parking spaces in housing societies are common spaces not owned by RWA members or residents. For any dispute or inconvenience with regard to parking space, you may bring the matter to the notice of the Society, failing which you can escalate your grievance before the Registrar or Dy. Registrar of the Cooperative Societies for a resolution in the matter.
