My family have purchased a land of 10 katah in the year 1991 at West Bengal, Maheshtala.But our neighbors file a pre-emption case for the land.The land earlier belong to the neighbor uncle in 1967 he sold that to a person 1.After few year that person 1 sold that land to another person 2.In 1990 the second person sold the land to the 3rd person and from that 3rd person we have purchased with proper registration procedure.The case was filled in Alipore Civil court in 1991, miss case 19/91 in the 6th court.Now on 26th of February the honourable judge made the decision in favour of the petitioner.So I want to know that is there any chance to get back the property... What should we have to do right now

A.You have to challenge the order of the Alipore Civil Court Judge immediately before the competent court in order to avoid the law of limitation and delay in filing the appeal. It is better to consult a Property Civil Lawyer to guide & help you quickly.

A.You should go for appeal with in the prescribed time limit otherwise you will lose the opportunity to fight it out. Consult a local lawyer as soon as possible with all the relevant documents and court order copy.
