Q.Employment termination
Jave been working in a company for 10 years n performing as per kpis.
My manager is biased and keep torturing mentally on acxount of some or the other issue and has sent me an email to leave job.
Please advise

A. ) Dear Client,
No one can force you to leave your job so soon until and unless you are not working up to the mark.
If in case you are facing such problem then it should be reported to the higher authorities with proof and evidence.
Also if your company has a grievance cell then it should be complained.
If everything else fails, you can hire a lawyer get the lawyer to draft a sharp legal notice for the same which should be more than enough for him or her to take a step back. Also a copy of the legal notice sent to such person shall be sent to the higher and superior authorities as well so that even they take a note of it and act seriously or else the name of the company shall be on stake which shall hamper the reputation and good will of the company.
