Attempt to take advantage of a girl

My friend forced me to mix sex desire increasing powder to a girl's cold drink so that he can take the advantage of it when we were 17 years old in 2010. So we planned to make it happen and i mixed it too, but the girl refused to have sex with my friend instead she approached me to have sex with her and i didnt do anything as i didnt had any intension to do it. So can you please tell me in what offence me and my friend can be punished?
