I have a land and the land was divided equally in between my family and I got that land now the land value increases and my family and village members have occupied the land and if we ask them they are threatening us and I also appeared near police station but no response and now again they are trying to occupy some more land and there is no person to say truth in court they are managing everywhere where I go .please give me a suggestion how to take an action on them please let me know sir....

A.You should send them a legal notice stating them to evict from your land and make sure you have all documents to prove the same. IF even after that they do not vacate the same.
You shall go for a eviction and declaration suit.
to evict them form your premise and to declare that such premise is yours and is owned by you legally with the help of all the documents which shall be furnished by you in the court.

A.Where is the lane situtated
And do you have papers for proof
If that you can file suit for
Possession.
