Our co operative housing society ltd has been hand over by the developer on 1st April 2025 and 1 of the old tenant flat owner wants an NOC For flat sale but the developer has informed us about the pending dues of the flat owner which are of previous to society handover. Should we provide NOC , if yes on what condition and what extra documents we should ask so that in future we don't have to bear the cost or maintaince which is pending.
