2)Can we apply Online?
3) if through the lawyer what will be cost ?
4)What is the terms and conditions ?
5) How many days will take for geting stay ?
6) What documents should i submit to court /Lawer in the Land / Patta issue ?

A.Dear Sir,
You have to approach any lawyer practicing in High Court and his fees depends upon his profile between Rs. 50,000/- to 5,00,000/-.

A.Dear Client,
1. It has to be prayed before the court to grant stay in the process while the case is subjudice. Also, the petitioner/appellant shall prove before the court that the particular process shall injure the person or it may make the judicial proceeding complicated if it is allowed to continue.
2. No, you can't apply online.
3. It depends on the lawyer.
