My father executee of my grandfather's Will for Probate purpose. While we proceed s processing for probate my uncle (grandfather's second wifes son) arise objection that the will is fake , though my grand father registered the same before his expiry as well as he also give some property to their (uncle) by regd. deed same time. In this context lodge case and after long trail appx 4yrs. district court allowed the judgement in favour of my father. We are deposit the money in the trasury for probate in the meantime my uncle passed stay order from high court. Now advise me what to do for vacating and dispose off the legal hazards as well as way out.

A.Dear Sir,
When matter is sub judice you have to exhaust the remedies available under law.
