I got married on 13-2-19
Small small things I had fight with my husband
After that we have conducted 2 family meeting, husband was not answering properly. In that situation I had decided to be separate. & We have exchange gold, I took my clothes. That's it
After 4-5 days I realize my decision was wrong. Again I want to stay with my husband. I want to start my marriage life again.
I apologise him more than 10 times.
But now he is not ready to stay with me.
I also went his house 5 time & apologized

He isn't talking with me from last 3 months.
He & his family block my call.
I tried to call him from my friend number.
But no reply from him

My parents also apologize him
I have beg my husband.
He is CA & he has that CA degree ego
But I can't stay without him
I'm very depressed. Don't know what to do

A.You can file the petition but believe me in case of family matter things go worse by going legal. It’s my advice to avoid legal action.
Being a woman I’ll suggest you that try to settle the matter by family discussions.

A.Dear client , if you are really want to stay with your husband then File Restitution of conjugal rights petition before Family court and try to get mediation by mediator judge. If your husband refused to cohabit with you , then you need to file Application under Protection of Womens from Domestic violence Act, 2005 and get protection and residence order in same house where you were lastly resided as husband and wife. But keep in mind that Filing of Domestic Voilence case would be the last option after your all the try's of amicable settlement.

A.See it is easy to move a court and take legal recourse in such matter but believe me in case of family and matrimonial matters things go worse by going legal. It is always advisable to avoid the legal recourse unless you have exhausted all the means and ways to make things good.
As a prudent man I will suggest you that try to settle the matter by talking and having discussions and only go for legal resource when everything has failed.

A.Dear Client,
These relationship issues are very common and its better if you don't seek legal help in this and settle it down amicably. If still, things go out of hand then you can file restitution of conjugal right case on him.
Thanks.

A.Dear Madam I think he is trying be smart you should also act smartly for quick action and quick results give a simple complaint in the CAW cell crime against woman in your local area about the demand of dowry give names of all the family members along with that file 125 crpc maintenance and Domestic violence case make his and his families life miserable he should realize power of a Wife or you can file a Restitution of conjugal rights case in the family court only but it will take a very long time.
