We are going to purchase a property and taking loan on it on my own name but I want to the Registry on my Mother's Name.

Can you please tell me its possible? If Yes!!! What will be the procedure of it.

A.Dear Client,
Purchase a property with a loan you must register in your name only if you add your mother as co-applicant in the loan than in both names property shall register. but your mother alone not possible.

A.The loan providing bank does not allow you to take loan in one name and get the registration done for another name. In case you want you mother to be a party to own the property then you will have to make her co applicant for the loan and then you can go ahead.
If you cannot make your mother as co-applicant then discuss with your bank and if they can allow the registration in her name by making her a guarantor.
