Police warning Police warning

A girl clearly stated a friend of mine not to contact her by any means but he made five phone calls and one from her friend's no. And he texted her a mssg from her friend's account and came twice to talk to her.. When he came she said she does not want to talk and he went away.. He did not posses any threat and has not done anything for the last two and a half months.. But now she wants to punish him for the mental harassment he has caused.. He was 17 when he did this and now he is eighteen and has no criminal record.. Even if the police leaves him on warning but the girl is determined to punish him and that too after two and a half months

A.Dont worry. nothing will happen, as this is now a closed chapter after the boy stopped his attempts to contact her. If that girl in her bid to punish him files any false complaint the boy should be able to defend.

A.It all depends on what type of language used over the phone and in messages. If it is vulgular and filthy, your friend may face some problam. If the phone and message r not viral, then no offense is made.your case comes under cyber crime.
