Dear Client,
In the given scenario, serving a strong legal notice to the KPIL, a grievance/complaint against the company registered under the GST Act can be filed online by visiting the GST portal and navigating to Services > Payments > Grievance against Payment (GST PMT-07). Further, a dispute between traders or businessmen is considered a commercial dispute, and the remedy lies with the Commercial Court constituted under the Commercial Court Act, 2015. A commercial dispute is a disagreement relating to commerce between two or more stakeholders. These disputes generally arise in relation to contract terms and conditions, fiduciary duties, or intellectual property rights, and may be settled through court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution(ADR). So, considering the nature of the dispute, you can escalate your grievance before the Commercial Court for redressal. However, GST is a branch of law or legislation that eventually comes under the arena of Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants, who have expertise and in-depth knowledge on the subject and may guide you properly on the subject. Hence, it is advisable to consult with them for precise clarification on the subject to navigate the issue in the right way.
