Apartment maintainer owner not providing water
We are living in G+4 apartment building and our flat owner not living in the apartment but a different flat owner is maintaining apartment. Recently during the summer borewell are running out of water. So started booking the GHMC supplied water and we are paying additional maintenance amount for the water as well. But the maintainer owner is causing the problems of not providing the water regularly and intentionally closing the valves at overhead tanker at the top of the apartment building. Sometimes we need to manually carry water from the sump(water storage at ground floor) with buckets but the maintainer don't even carry a mug of water from the sump. So, please suggest how can we face this issue.
