Dear sir, I want to know that if someone builting a home in my land forcefully. I went to court and consult my lawer he told me to do 44 in sdo office to stop builting home. I have done. After 5days notice came in my police station, the sub inspector came and said to him not to built home. He stops builting home. After 1 day he again started builting home. I again informed my police station, the sub inspector tells that I will come....... This that but not came.
Sir, I want to know if rule is not followed by him, he again started builting home after notice, then is there any process to stop him. Plz suggests me sir. I am poor farmer family. Plz sir

A.Obtain an injunction which restricts them from entering into your land.

A.obtain an injunction order restraining him entering your land against the said person by filing a civil suit
