Thomas Cook Refund

I am a senior citizen travelling solo, booked a tour to Vietnam and Cambodia. They initially booked the tour and now saying that there was a cancellation from a big group so I have to pay more!! I questioned them that it is their problem and I would not pay a penny more. Moreover the new tour does not have a tour manager and the group size they claim is 8 members. I had booked a Group tour with a Tour manager. Now they are acting up by not replying to emails. What do i do? I have paid 95000/- as advance towards the tour.

Dear Sir,
You have to file a consumer case and it may go for 6 to 18 months and ultimately you may get return of your money paid with interest if you have all such communications from them.
