Hi. I have filed execution case against my husband for paying my daughter's maintenance for the period of sept2018 to april 2019 and he is paying the amount only for the pending amount but April 2019 onwards he is not paying the maintenance of the running months and due to long dates the execution case get matured uncontested or sometime i have to withdraw as i file the execution only of that particular of time and during the proceedings i get the same but not for the running months currently 5 months pending is there. So I need advise that how can i get the maintenance of current months after april 2019 to till date. Only two cases are going on dv and execution. need advise please. Regards

A.Dear Madam,
Your advocate must file an application or Memo to issue attachment of your husbands salary or property to recover 5 months arrears.

I did not get you. My issue is to get the current months payments but he is giving pending payments only.
