property of the tree is already case is pending in tribunal court but now the issue is about tree which may fall any time and i have alredy complaind to district commisioner asst commisioner tashidhar pdo and forest officer i need a legal opnion for what to do next

A.Inform this to the tribunal immediately and pray for the removal of such tree which may cause a lot of damage if overlooked.

A.Dear Sir,
You may inform the Tribunal immediately and put a sentence "In anticipation of permission of the Tribunal your going to cut and remove the tree as your life and property is under danger".
