Yaxis fraud wrong commitment

Hello Sir Yaxis did fraud saying that my university is H+ and distance education is valid for Germany job seekers visa and later in after 5 months they are telling that your university is H- but now when I checked the Germany website I found distance education was never approved. They generated false report and in that behalf they took 92000 and also advise to prepare fund for 13 ll ac which they provided Agent number and now from 5 months I m paying 30000 interest for that money . So I'm on loss of 240000 how can I complain on them in fraud commitment and fraud statement on grabbing money

Dear Sir,
History of your case is required before giving effective legal advise. However, you are at liberty to cancel your admission if the same is not as per the agreed terms. Then you can also claim refund of your fees if any paid minus five to ten percent expenses incurred by them.

In the given scenario, serving a strong legal notice to Yaxis, you can lodge an FIR against them at the local police station for criminal breach of trust and cheating under Sections 316 and 318 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita(BNS). You can file a complaint against them for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices before the District Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, claiming appropriate relief and compensation for harassment. The complaint should be filed within two years of the cause of action. You can also file a money recovery suit against them in the Civil Court seeking appropriate relief.
