Fake contract and mental harassment and strain by pg owner
I have been living in a pg for last 2 years but recently i wanted to shift to my brother's place. I requested the pg owner to end my term early and return my security. I had many issues with the pg . The extremely grotesque food which diagnosed me with diarrhoea forced me to cook all of my meals, their lack of efficiency in services , not picking up calls , lack of security ( our pg does not have a warden , or a security guard, a main door that gets locked at night or a working camera) . I just wanted to leave this pg. Even after requesting multiple times, they did not agree . Then i started looking at the contract . I showed it to my lawyer friend. Theey said its not a contract but a sinple print sheet. The contract was not on stamp paper. Plus the contract was for 12 months i.e. exceeding 11 months hence they was a greater need for a stamp paper. I asked for my contract from them and it was after multiple calls and requests that they showed me my own contract after 2 weeks. Plus when i asked the owner about the stamp paper , he got all aggressive and told me that his lawyer will now talk about this. Why couldnt he answer a sinple question. He doesnt have a stamp paper because I never signed one and he's been making students fill out fake contracts while giving them so much mental strain. I am struggling through all this in exam season. And i cannot take it anymore.
