New Bike but owner name is different

Last year I bought a new sports modal bike from Delhi on loan. This year when I gave it for service, in the invoice owner name is of someone else I don't even know. What should I do? Can I put up a case against the seller for selling me second hand bike for the price of new model?

A.Did you note the fact after one year? a buyer should be beware at the time of purchase, anyway, send him/her a legal notice through counsel
