Balcony extension with Camera

It seems no privacy will be disturbed of any owner of other houses. You may go to a Civil Court and get an injunction against your opposite side party and do whatever you like. The neighbors cannot object for it directly.

If other floor owners extended their balconies, obtaining permission from the society or the concerned authorities, you can also extend your balcony in the same way. If the flat owners below you raise any objection, you may take up the matter with the governing body of the society for a resolution to resolve the issue, failing which you may escalate your grievance before the Registrar of the Cooperative Societies to resolve the issue. The installation of CCTV cameras by a flat owner inside the common area, even for safety purpose, without the permission of the society or other flat owners/co-residents can be considered a cause of violation of the right to privacy guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India as a part of right to life. In that scenario, you can escalate your grievance first to the executive committee of the society, failing which, before the Registrar of Dy. Registrar of the Cooperative Societies, failing which, before the Cooperative Court and/or High Court, and the chairperson, State Human Rights Commission, for a resolution or relief in the matter.
