Regarding breaking the bond
I have joined one company as a software engineer 9 months ago, the company had a bond of 1.5 years, in bond there was no training duration mentioned and also there was nothing mentioned that I have to pay any amount to the company if I break the bond, I joined directly as a full time employee, the company just mentioned that they will be providing training in probation period(although they have not given any training), my probation period was of 6 months, now I have left the company after 9 months of working, I want to ask can company file a case against me for recovering any amount since I left before completing the bond period.
