Cate name instaed of surname in property documents
4 years ago
Hello Sir, we have a prpoerty located in Hyderabad. This particular property was issued to us by the govt of Andhra Pradesh in the year 1983 on my father's name. The name listed on the land document was "Talari Rajaiah" since we belong to Talari caste. but my father's surname is "Manugolu Rajaiah". In 2007 my father gifted this propety to me through a gift deed registration. The names writtent in the gift deed were "Talari Rajaiah" to "Talari Shiva Kumar" but it should have been "Manugolu Rajaiah" to "Manugolu Shiva Kumar". We haven't went to GHMC for mutation of this property till now. How should i get these documents corrected.
SURESH KUMAR
