Refund of Seat reservation fee at narayana college, hulimavu

I have paid seat reservation fee at narayana college for puc, hulimavu.due to personal issues I am not able to continue.when ask for refund of the same they assert it is non refundable.please help me regarding this

Dear Client,
In most cases, no refund is granted once the payment is made. According to the refund policy of Narayana College Hulimavu, refunds are processed with deductions based on the date of the refund application after the commencement of classes. Refund applications must be submitted within 45 days of the class commencement date. No refund applications are accepted after the 45-day deadline. So, based on the refund policy and the merit in your claim, you may escalate your grievance before the college authority or the Consumer Forum seeking appropriate relief.
