Transfer related issue
My friend is a consolidation officer(Chakbandi Adhikari) in a district of Uttar Pradesh. He is married and his wife is also working in a government department. Both the people are working at different places far away from their native places. My friend's mother died some time ago, leaving her father alone at home. Her father is 88 years old and has been unable to walk and perform other tasks since 2 years ago. My friend is not able to take proper care of his father because he is far away from his native place. His wife is also away from husband native place, so she too is unable to take care. My friend has presented his problem to the Chief Consolidation Commissioner several times and he needs posting in any district around his native residence so that he can meet his father at the appropriate time. Even after presenting his problem to the Chief Consolidation Commissioner (Chakbandi Aayukt) several times and making a written application for transfer, there has been no impact or response. Now what should my friend do so that he gets transferred to a district near his original residence.
