My grand mother gave us a portion of land and it is registered now we got home loan and started construction too now for other part they did not got registered , no bill ex tax water are made from them and now they are planning to file a case where land is not divided evenly . Now my grand mother is expired too they did not even take care of her also.
Now if they file a case what will be consequences we need to face will construction should be stopped .
How can we defend on this as we are in same place from 30 years but they came now and asking .

How can we give counters before they are proceeding
