Abusive Father

Our father has never been supporting person in our life, everything was handled by my mom, We had our first home which was bought wth my mom's money, and later we sold that house and bought a bigger house, which we had to sell due to my father's share market loss and many other debts, we had stay in rented house, later my father went to his hometown leaving all alone, without paying bills or rent of several months, for that too my mom paid with our salary and all her jewellery was in bank, everything was there for our studies, she made sure that we are studying and everything, and this meantime, my father abroad and to go him abroad, my mother arranged money from her office, asked her boss, and debtors who gave him money used to come to our and ask for money, and when father started sending money my mom paid off all of his debts, we thought everything will be working out soon, but when he came for a vacation, he had a smartphone, and facebook installed in that phone, and curious kid I checked everything, I saw he was chatting with someone regularly, like flirting and was very concerned about that person, on that vacation really did not understood anything, later again he came back within 3 months, and this time I saw his whatsapp chats and everything, I told mom about the same she found out who it was, she talked to that woman, told her to stay away, but she did not she continued the relation, again we caught this time we had a fight, my father was abusive about it, he denied everything, and beat us, afterwards he started beating for all things, but he still continued with that relation and again we caught, we confronted included his own brother, my mother's aunt and the other woman's family, they all said this will be stopped here after. and this all happened in the span of five years, and my mother managed to buy a new home for us, he stayed with us after coming from abroad he did not work much then covid happened in 2023 he started working again, and in between the covid time and 2023 he started working, he started his affair with an another woman who was from gujarat, later we caught that too in 2023, my mom talked to her, she refrained herself and stopped the relationship, and then again he was abusive with us, we called everyone showed all the call history, he said he will not repeat, then in 2024 itself he found another person, he is currently talking to her, we caught that again, we called the last person with whom he was having the affair, she told us yes she know this person, and she is not that good , and has denied that she does not have any relation with him, and we have phone records, and whtsp ss, and we are pretty sure that he has went to her place and met her twice, I want to know how to get rid of our father from our house, and he should also pay for my brother's studies and also make up for all the financial losses which he had made to my mom. I am feeling frustrated of him now, as 24 years daughter finding all his affairs and then his beating, me and my brother are fed up and could not live a free life in our own house, we can't laugh, or even watch tv when he is in the home
