Can a person dismissed from defence to join govt job

Can a person dismissed from defence (air force/navy/army) join central government job?- Sir, I am dismissed from Indian Air force on ground of 'refusal to get attested'. Can I join any central government job other than defence forces?

Dear Client,
Regardless of sector, government or private, the dismissal or termination from service for whatever reason is a harsh punishment and a stigma in the service career/record of the dismissed employee or public servant. Certain grievous offences do debar future employment. If any person is dismissed from service from any government organization, then the scope of getting another government job in any other organization or any other department is almost impossible. The punishment of dismissal from service has a great impact on the career of the dismissed person, and you may not get any government job once your background verification check reports negatively. However, you may try for private jobs.
