i applied for ews category 10% reservation in a central university.i fulfil 4 of the 5 criteria of ews category.i am confused on 5th criteria.its says the family should not have more than 100 sq yard of residential land.my father have a land.but there is a title suit on the land for last 10 years.is not the land under the ownership of the court until the matter is subjudice?can i apply and give the affidafit that i dont have any land?please help.

A.Dear Sir,
Yes, you can affidavit stating you have not land more than 100 sq feet.

Respected Sir,
I want to clarify on my issue.my father bought the land 15 years ago.after some years somebody ,outside the family claimed that the land belonged to him as well.so he filed a litigation in the court.and the case is still going on.my father is giving the yearly tax on land since he bought it.in that situation can i affidavit stating that no land belong to my father.its about my career.
