POSH Act quire for my case
Hey!! I want to know that I have raised complaint for inappropriate touch done from my colleague as it has happened few time and ignored it think it might be unintentionally and also I don't have this to affect on my appraisal but once I raise a complaint I start remembering few date of the incident but now more then 30daya has been passed but our company has not taken any formal action on it and also they has connected with me twice only for this case in that also our local HR was some where manipulating me saying that " you don't know how much time ll this take to resolve this case police ll be included and you have to visit court for every hearing and your parents ll be included too better if it's not a big thing then dont take things to the POSH Act" when I said people are making fun of me by cracking joke o. pOSH every now and then. Then she said it your fault you should have not raised your voice for it in front on everyone. So I want to know what should I do? Is my case is valid or not?
