I came to know that In Gujarat, Gov. is going to give powers to Jilla Sahakari Mandli Registrar to intervene / take action against members non paying maintanance in Co operative housing society. Under which section a team of three members paying maintanance can ask for written reason for non payment of maintanance? This issue till date is not resolved by committee members.
