Daughters property Rights

Empty plot was allotted by slum clerence board to my grandfather on 1982, after his dead as a legal heir my father was obtained the sale deed on his name on 2004, on may-2018 he transfered the property to his two son's by the way of settlement, as a daughter age is 28/F married, my living father didn't giving anything and I am cheated by them. So, my question is it possible to get my share on this property as a daughter? Shall I file partition suit?

A.yes, you can make a claim on the property as the same is ancestral
