Vacating the house

My house is 150 years old and its condition is very bad. I want to complete renovate it but there are 5 tenants living from around 40 years. They are not vacating the house. Provide me the solution for this.

A.serve them a legal notice to vacate the property for renovation with a warning to be liable for any mishappening followed by a civil suit in this regard
