Renovating the property

I have property of 150 years old. Property condition is very bad. I want to renovate it completely but there are some tenants not vacating the house. This property cause some small mishappenings in the past. Please advice me so that i can renovate it as soon as possible.

A.If you made agreement between both then it will be easy to you if nothing any such evidence then you will need to send legal notice through lawyer

A.You can get your house renovated if you can come into the mutual understanding with the tenants and make them understand about the hazards and disadvantages if the property doesn't get renovated.
If they don't agree then you have to file an ejectment case against the tenants in the concerned jurisdiction of your residential area.
