Harresment and file false complinat against me to remove from he society

Some of the society members are cresate nusence on my open balcony by keeping a alcohls bottels and tried to create a false complaint against me in police for removing me from the society. I am a owner of the falts.What can i do I will inform to police. Also police is supporte to society members by taking maoney.
