Regular degree during government service
If a person was taken into the 12th grade as a regular student, attended classes, and his father, a government employee, died, resulting in a compassionate job offer as a peon in a minority institution, which he joined on November 25, 1999. He left school after joining and, due to continuous absences, his name was struck off the school rolls. In March/April 2000, he obtained permission from his institution's principal and was readmitted to take the board examination. He then submitted the degree to the institution. Does this degree validate, given that he joined the job in November 1999 and passed the examination in 2000, but his registration was before his employment?
