Unlawful use of software without paying full invoices

Our client is using our software unlawfully without paying full invoices he is simply violating our software licenses. How can we proceed with a legal action and get our invoices

A.can be proceed in accordance with your software licence agreement. if no such clauses then issue a legal notice
