Discrepancy in registered date of prior document in parent document of my property
There are two deeds one is partition deed and a sale deed to my family Both are parent docunment my current sale deeds and act as reference for title Both the deeds are refering from partition deed registered in 1954 But a major issue Partition deed mentioned that the partition deed registered in 1954 was registered in 3/7/1954 for the same document number Sale deed to my family members mentioned that the partitioned deed registered in 1954 was registered in 30.6.1954 But both the deeds mentioned the same document number and year Why is this? Is this material error and cause fatal legal issue Will this severely affect marketablity and defect title of property and make my land to lose Note that partition deed and sale deed are two different document for two different land that currently own by my father with refering same partition deed registered in 1954 for chain of title Note that both the deeds mentioned that the 1954 partition deed registered in same Sub registered office There is a difference of two days of 30 june 1954 and 3 july 1954 Is this a common draft or a fatal mistake Is this common in Tamil nadu Do transaction still happens in Tamil Nadu even with errors in property document
