Right of divorced wife

Sir There is case where couple got divorce by consent of panchyat and after divorce wife got married .and husband (from whom she got divorce 1st husband) died now I want to know wether wife will get any share from 1st husband's property??

Your divorce was not legal so yes, you can claim a share from your1st husband's property.

If there has not been any legal dissolution then yes you can. However, in such a case the second marriage is also illegal.
