Sir, Maine 3 saal pahle ek under construction property me flat book kiya .75% agar mai booking amount dunga to mujhe flat me 20% discount milaga aise builder ne bola. Maine 14 lakhs check payment kiya. uske samne mujhe builder ne flat ka allotment letter diya. Jab mai registration ki baat karta hu to builder bolta hai allotment letter ke term and condition 30 days me registration ke the jo aapne us samay registration kyau nahi kiya? Amont ke baare me baat karu to bolta hai jab mere pas rahenge tab dunga. Mere to kuch bhi samaj me nahi aa raha hai mujhe to flat chahiye amount mil bhi jaaye to utne amount me mujhe property kahi nahi milegi. Sir pls help. Thanks.
