Advocate is not responding
I wanted to file a consumer case so I hired an advocate. After receiving the fees he sent a notice to the opposite party and that's it, he has not done anything else to proceed with the same. It's been around 6 months since then and he is not responding. I only have his name and contact number and no other details. I've tried calling him with different numbers, he picks it for the first time and upon realising that it was from me, he just hangs up the call. Can anyone help what am I supposed to do here?
