Q.Possible reply and risk for legal notice sent to wife
I have sent legal notice to wife to come back and stay with me

What are the possible risks for my actions

Based my knowledge she can file a DV

Due to DV will they put be behind bars???

A. ) If she files a DV then the best for you is to take an anticipatory bail.

A. ) A wife can file a case under DV act if there are sufficient reasons with her to file such. Your legal notice for restitution of conjugal right has got no connection with it.

In the notice, I have given some chronological events and disputes happened between us and requesting her to come back home within 15 days

So even for this notice if she raises a DV, the immediate effect is they will put me behind bars or I should attend court? How does it go upon DV raised
