Credit card recovery agents are harrassing for home visits

Hi. I have some debt of credit card bills. I have lost that money from credit card in trading and some scams. And now I am not in a position to repay complete amount. The recovery agent contacted me and I said the situation that i can't pay complete amount as it is huge and I don't have any money. Then he said that i should go for settlement they will decrease the amount and settle for a much lower amount He said to foreclose all emi and loan on credit card then he gave an amount. And on same day evening one person called and connected to some senior person and he said they can not do settlement and I need to pay like 1lakh + total right now They threatening me that they will go to my old address where I don't Live now I am in a another city now. And in old address our relatives are living. He is threatening me that the agent will go there to old address and collect the money from my relatives. He is also asking for my current address in current city but i am afraid that they will come again again to the address and harass and make an issue. And currently I am staying in another city in a shared flat with other working persons. Should I give them current address? And what should I do to the payment I am not in a condition to pay And first they foreclosed all my EMIS and loan on credit card saying they will do settlement after foreclosure and later they say they won't do settlement. This resulted in higher penalty charges and interest to me. Thanks in advance for the help.
