Dear Client,
The eligibility for an OBC NCL certificate is determined based on the annual income of the applicant's parents if the income falls below Rs.8 lakh p.a. in consecutive 3 financial year. OBC NCL Certificates that are issued by the State Government remain valid for 3 years from the date of issuance whereas OBC certificates that are issued by the Central Government are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
