Road blocked to my property Road blocked to my property

Hi,
As we have 3 acre of survey number property which is converted to non agriculture land and there was a road from village (north side) to our property. Our property is in the border of the village limit and other survey number adjacent to it. However there was a road in the border of sy no and gramathana property to our land which connects to the temple and government park. As recently the adjacent property owner and the villagers has mingled to avoid road to our property and blocked the entrance of the road and diverted the road connecting to our land. Before we register a case (as he said he will be giving road we dint register complain) they have sent notice as we are disturbing their eastern portion of land, that he is getting disturbed in construction. As we have attended the first day of case (date has been given for filing statement to us) however he has mentioned the own road in the scheduled property and recently he has completely closed the road. What can be done in the next proceedings of the case for the above issue as there is no support from villagers.
