Is a rejoinder to opposite parties WNAs permissible
As a complainant in a consumer case, I have submitted written arguments. The opposite parties have also presented written notes of arguments (WNAs). However, there is a need for rebuttal and clarification regarding certain assertions made by the opposite parties, which are both factually and legally indefensible. Is it permissible for the complainant to submit a rejoinder to the WNAs filed by the opposite parties under any provisions of the CPC?
