I'm a govt servant. Complainant contractor doing many malpractices including forged dox n evaded tax. I took action against him. But he succeeded by his political influence n I was suspended now. He is roaring n spreading this news in his political wts app group. I'm so much worried n tortured. Can I take legal action against him.

A.If he has valid proof of what he is saying and it is true with evidence to prove the same you cannot take any action.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get stay against him by filing a separate suit called permanent injunction.

A.See since the case information is available in public domain hence if he is spreading that information then there is no breach of law he is committing. Bu tin case he is additionally saying anything wrong or derogatory about you then you can certainly file a case of defamation against him.
