Premature agreement breached by owner

I rented house before 2 months on 22 months agreement. Deposit was 30000 rupees and 15000 is a monthly rent which we are paying on 15th date of each month. Till now we have paid 3 rents to owner. He denied to take it online so we paid it through cash, he didn't give any reciept on payment. On 4 july he gave notice to evacuate flat within 1 month. He complaining that we are creating a noise in house. We are 8 people living in the house with 1 dog. He was verbally agreed to have 8 people and dog in his house when he rented it to us. He refusing to take rent and keep saying that I will cut it from security deposit. Please help me my sister is 8 month pregnant and I rented this home nearby the hospital where my mom's treatment is going on. My another sister come home at 1 am at night after finishing her work.. For safety, health issues and pregnancy issues I want extension for this house. We are searching home in our area but many owners reject us just because we have a dog. Let me tell you my dog is female husky she is trained dog. Please reply me. We are living in Swargate area located in Pune Maharashtra. Can court give us an extension we are not defaulter we are paying for house giving electricity bill on date paying rent on date but still owner is harrassing us verbally and give legal notice too. I don't have option to not go in court. Also he has installed cctv camera near bathroom. We told him remove this but he keep denying and ignoring. Please help us please give any contact details where I can reach out for help. I cannot believe on broker anymore because just two months ago I paid brokerage and paint this house. Please help
