Can an earning wife stake a claim in the property husband jointly owns with his father in the name of compensation?

A.NO. She can only claim alimony.

A.Dear Madam,
Wife has no claim over the properties of husband but she can claim huge alimony if family of husband has much properties and which generate huge income like rents etc.
