Wedding photographer cheated me

In my wedding the photographer given albums and video pendrive after 4.5 moths of marriage, but he given empty pendrives and I paid full payment, Invoice also given some other name , I have follow up and given reminder mail also but he is not giving proper reply , I went to depression.

In the given scenario, lodging a police complaint for cheating and criminal breach of trust against the concerned photographer at the local police station, you can file a consumer complaint against him before the District Consumer Commission over deficiency in service and unfair trade practice claiming refund of advances made for the service along with compensation for harassment and cost of litigation. The complaint should be filed within two years from the date of cause of action. If required, consult or hire an Advocate to navigate the matter effectively.
